Production

In our factory Recunostinta, based in Filipestii de Padure, we manufacture cold cuts covering every type of products found in meat processing industry.

Our technological flows are organized in 4 direct processing sectors (boiled-smoked, specialties, raw-dried, cutting-meat processing) and 2 production support sectors (reception-storage-preparation of raw materials, slicing-packing final products) to ensure the highest of performance, reflected in the quality of our products. Each sector uses modern production technologies and continuously promotes a policy of training the personnel to follow rigorously work flow good practices and hygiene, developed through the implementation and certification of European quality standards.

The quality of our products is verified on a strict schedule in our own laboratory through physical and biochemical and microbiological measurements. The laboratory has the highest performance equipment needed to meet the standard for our work techniques and methods, specific to meat products.
