Since 2011 Cris-Tim is the only Romanian company that uses High Pressure Technology, a process already widely spread internationally. Using this food protection technology means the products are now safer to consume and they stay fresh for a long time.
High Pressure Technology is a true innovation in the food industry. Food safety is assured by submerging the already packed and labeled product in water and applying a pressure of 6000 bar. The end result is the total destruction of bacteria without altering the quality of the product.
